The Saudi Tadawul Group announced the approval of the request submitted by the Ministry of Finance to list debt instruments issued by the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia of a category previously listed in accordance with the listing rules, with a total value of (10,411,700,000) riyals, the details of which are as follows:

1. An increase in Issue No. 15-07-2020 (Tadawul Code: 5303) with a value of 3,950,000,000 riyals to reach 18,360,000,000 riyals.
2. An increase in issue number 10-06-2021 (Tadawul code: 5311) with a value of 6,461,700,000 riyals to reach 11,111,700,000 riyals.

The increase will be included starting from Sunday 11/07/2021 AD.
